CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Group X Exercise Zone Classes

Body Sculpt: Looking to tone your arms, legs, and back? This is the class for you! Learn to use weights and bars to tone and sculpt different parts of your body.  Absolutely NO CARDIO will be done during this class!

Core Express:  Combine a cardio and strength workout with an intense core workout.

Zumba: The Zumba®program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

Long, Lean & Bad: Do you want a lean upper torso? How about long powerful arms? This class may just be for you.  Using a variety of

strength training equipment, your upper body will be challenged with each exercise.

Step: Get a cardio workout on the Rebook Step for the first 30 minutes, and then stick around for Body Sculpt - a body shaping class designed to challenge all muscle groups using a variety of equipment. 60 minute class.

Strength & Conditioning: An intense strength training workout utilizing different combinations of traditional and non-traditional techniques and equipment with little rest between sets. This workout will leave you feeling, well … WORKED OUT!

The Drill: It's not just a class, it's an experience. Come push your limits with this high-intensity one-hour class. Move quickly from one drill to the next as you challenge your body in new and exciting ways.

Mind & Body Classes

Pilates Ball & Band: A dynamic workout.  Pilates Ball & Band incorporates the principals of Pilates while challenging the body on the stability ball and gentle resistance of stretch bands to tone and lengthen muscles.

Yogalates:  A wonderful mixture of increasing flexibility, stress release, mental focus, core and over-all toning and lengthening of the muscles.

Cycling Classes / TRX Training

Cycling: Get ready for an incredible ride!  Your instructor will lead you through a variety of “terrain” experiences including flat country roads, uphill climbs and downhill thrills! Space is limited to 15. All levels welcome and no experience needed.

TRX: The latest full-body, functional training via suspension system.

Club 51’s VIP Personal Training Programs - $30 per 30-minute session or $50 per 60-minute session

Includes:  Instruction from a certified professional fitness trainer, custom resistance training program, custom cardio program, diet and nutrition counseling, monthly body composition evaluations (measuring weight, body fat percentage and total inches)

Boot Camp: Do you want a challenge?  Then this is the class for you.  Take a page from the military, a bit of sports performance and just enough strength training to have your muscles on fire and you have Boot Camp.  Come with an open mind because anything goes!  Cost is $10 per session paid in advance.  Get your 10-session Boot Camp punch card at the front desk today!
