1. Avoid peak times – Most time in the gym is spent waiting for a popular exercise machine. Cut that time out by visiting the gym when the traffic is low.

2. Do multiple workouts at one station – If you can find a machine that allows you to work on multiple parts of your body, use it. The less machines your workout needs, the quicker you’ll finish.

3. Have a workout plan – If you enter the gym knowing exactly what you’re going to do, you save time on wandering around. You can search online for workout plans that work larger muscle groups and save time.
