Class Descriptions

Strength & Conditioning - An intense strength training workout utilizing different combinations of traditional and non-traditional techniques and equipment

The Drill - High intensity workout that will push your body to the limit! Move quickly from one drill to the next as you challenge your body in new ways

Power Pump - Barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. You will develop strength and endurance while burning calories

Spin - Get ready for an incredible ride through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training

TRX - The latest, full body, functional exercises via suspension training

WERQ - Fiercely fun dances based on rock, pop and hip hop music

Cardio Jam - Dance fitness class that consists of energetic music and fun routines- you won't even realize you're working and toning your entire body!

CrossFit 101 - Get to know some of CrossFit fundamentals while utilizing functional movements and improving your strength and conditioning

Young @ Heart - A class tailored to members 50+ looking to increase their strength, mobility and endurance

BOKWA - Participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine

Yogalates - A mixture of flexibility, stress release, mental focus, core work and over all toning and lengthening of the body

Hatha Yoga - A slow paced stretching class with breathing exercises and meditation, safely correcting postural imbalances

Pilates - You will emphasize the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness to help you become stronger, leaner, longer

Yoga Flow - A class tailored to the students' ability to increase flexibility, stregnth and endurance
